Avoid it? Please God, yes. Do all you can and should…
…but also know from my experience, my patients who are survivors DON'T GIVE UP.
(This is more than I can put into a Post. But there are – 100% without any doubt – connections between your mind and your body. And NOT EVER giving up is the very best thing you can do).
