I know young people who say that they are going to go to South America, or Africa, or some far away place "next year". Young patients mostly.

I say "good", despite some (admitted) disbelief on my part. Because they work at McDonalds or some such very low-paying job.

But. It's amazing how many come back and tell me how good that holiday was. They plan it, and do it. They don't try to believe they can. They just decide to do it. And they do.
