This is how tyre tread was invented. Seriously!
Ok, the foot print word was a brand, nothing to do with beer. But a tyre manufacturer saw the idea, thought it was a good way to promote his brand, put his brand on his tyres (which were smooth rubber up until that point), and noticed that the cars stopped much more quickly! So there you go. Fun and educational 🙂
